Business Meeting Show & Tell - Dec. 7, 2021
Rosie BinderI made one of these for myself a few years ago and my daughter-in-law requested one, so here it is. It’s a reversible triple Dresden tree skirt. Fun to make! I’ve already gotten a request for a third one. | Rosie BinderI made one of these for myself a few years ago and my daughter-in-law requested one, so here it is. It’s a reversible triple Dresden tree skirt. Fun to make! I’ve already gotten a request for a third one. | Barbara BerdyThis is called Strip Sandwiches. I took
a Zoom workshop by Timna Tarr. The
most fun ever. I think i may play with
this again. |

 Susan ChinichMy longarmer quilted it
using a holly leaf design which is shown in this picture. | Susan ChinichThis is a gift for my daughter. It’s a
Fat Quarter Shop pattern called “Jelly Snowflake.” | Susan ChinichThis is a Moda pattern called “Tree Farm.” It’s a great way to use up scraps! I don’t want to
call this a table runner unless you have a very long, square table as it’s 52” long. It looks great on the back of a couch or at the bottom of a bed. I put hanging tabs on the back in case
someone wanted to hang it on the wall using a dowel rod or Command hooks |

Penny MerkelHere’s some Show & Tell from Nancy
Crow’s workshop. This piece is five assignments rolled into one piece.
Measures 17.5” square. It absolutely had to be completed in two
days. | Penny MerkelThe black figures then had color values added. This final piece is 3’ x 5’ and had to be completed
in two days. No rulers allowed. All these pieces are exercises and not
necessarily a piece to
be quilted and finished. | Penny MerkelThis was the beginning of the assignment for days 3 and 4. We
had one hour to select motif, then design, cut, and put all the black
“figures” up on board. |

Penny MerkelThis is part of the first assignment picture. Both of these pieces measure
17.5” square. Both had to be completed in first two days.
Yes, it all became a blur of activity. |
